About Viénce and Laurent Lorenzo:

Laurent Lorenzo and Viénce are both individually respectable names in the Amsterdam scene. Both have played well-known clubs in the city such as the Adam Tower, Yellow House, or the former Lovelee where they, though varying in style, always find common ground in deep grooves.
Viénce finds his inspiration in Jazz, Soul, Disco, and House, in which he always finds an eclectic balance in his DJ sets. Outside of DJing, he is a music producer who focuses more on the Jazz side of things, besides that he organizes events such as Vreugdevuur and Nachtkantoor.

Vreugdevuur is a venture that focuses on music that is not often heard in clubs, sounds that Viénce and Laurent feel deserve a place. With a focus on Jazz, Disco, and Indie, they are creating a new wave in Amsterdam. The combination of Jazz and Brokenbeat with the sound of Laurent which is deeply rooted in more Psychedelic and Indie realms of music makes Vreugdevuur something rather unique.
