I’m back in Indonesia riding from Kuta to Sukawati with a stop in Sanur.
The scooter rental dude I rented my bike from today wasn’t budging much on his price and I paid too much.
I had trouble crossing the toll road as there’s now a card drivers must have in their possession to play for the crossing. I had to ask locals for help. One western couple paid ten times too much as they were confused by the currency.
A walk along Sanur beach and a coffee with fried bananas as I explain my plan for the next two months.
Two accommodation walk throughs of places I’ve stayed - one in Kuta, one in Sukawati.
I found the heat and humidity pretty stifling after several months in countries where it’s been cool.
It’s good to be back in Indonesia.
