Gibson SG Standard Bass 2019 30.5" short scale demo

Описание: It's been a while since I played a Gibson bass or a 30.5" scale bass. It took a minute to get used to. There were many difference between this a the long scale Fender style basses that I'm accustomed to playing. I found it fairly comfortable and once I dialed in the rear pickup I thought it had a cool sound with some funky midrange flavor. The hardest part to get used to was the strap attaching to the back of the neck instead of the horn on the body. It definitely has a late 60's vibe as I seem to recall seeing a lot of these in rock band photos from 1968- 1972 or so.
