Episode 188: What A Feedback Loop Is? And Why Things Repeat Until They Resolve.
Repetition is not coincidence.
From a Field Mechanics perspective, repetition is the sign of a feedback loop.
A feedback loop forms when:
• a signal is emitted
• reality responds
• feedback is produced
• the feedback is not integrated
• execution repeats
Loops are not punishment.
They are unresolved information.
This is why:
• the same relationship patterns return
• similar obstacles appear in different forms
• lessons seem to “follow” people
The system is not trying to trap you.
It is trying to complete a cycle.
Feedback loops persist when:
• emotion remains unregulated
• identity avoids adjustment
• insight is not embodied
• correction is ignored
Loops resolve when:
• feedback is acknowledged
• emotion is integrated
• execution updates
• behavior aligns
Resolution does not require effort.
It requires integration.
Once a loop resolves:
• repetition stops
• new branches open
• momentum returns
Until then, the loop continues
because the condition has not changed.
Understanding feedback loops removes:
• self-blame
• confusion
• urgency
You stop asking:
“Why does this keep happening?”
And start asking:
“What feedback is waiting to be integrated?”
When the system gets the message,
it moves on.
That is what a feedback loop is.
That is Field Mechanics
