Location. You can literally get anywhere in 1-2 hours. Snow? Beach? Desert? Hollywood? You got it.

Schools. We are some of the top rated in the state. Temecula has Great Oak in South Temecula which rates one of the highest in the area.

Family friendly. I’ve met my best mom friends here and group of friends from living here even after high school!

Wineries, old town Temecula. Things to do! Night markets, Christmas markets, so many things.
