But this time I’m talking about our DNA and our core principles we live and work by within our company.

Basically the ground rules for every crew member to assure that everyone knows how we expect work to be done and how we expect to work with colleagues and clients.

We also call them the 6 K’s because all of these principles start with a K in the German name.
