EASY CHEESEBURGER TOTS | Tater Tot Recipe

Описание: This quick and easy cheeseburger tot recipe screams comfort. Golden and crispy tater tots topped with cheese filled ground beef and onions. A simple air fryer and skillet recipe.

Servings: 1-2

Shopping List:
2 cups frozen tater tots
1/2 lb. ground chuck beef 80/20
1/2 cup diced sweet onion
3-4 slices American cheese
1 tbsp. Cooking oil
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Warm the tots according to package instructions. I'm warming mine in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
In a skillet over medium to medium heat, add the oil and allow to heat up. Sauté the onions 5-7 minutes, remove and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef, drain excess grease. Add the onions. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add the cheese slices and break up. Toss with the meat mixture until thoroughly melted.
Transfer tots to a serving dish and top with the cheeseburger mixture.
