Over the last few months I’ve been feeling increasingly fatigued and unwell, and a few people noticed it before I even said anything.
In this video I talk honestly about what’s been going on, the symptoms I’ve been dealing with, and why I’ve finally gone to the doctor to get things checked properly. This isn’t medical advice, just my experience living with an ileostomy and ongoing ulcerative colitis issues.
If you live with IBD, a stoma, or chronic illness, you’ll probably recognise some of this. I’ll share updates once I know more, and hopefully we can all learn something from it.
