जयपुर में तिजारा विधायक महंत बालकनाथ ने हिंदू पलायन, लव जिहाद और लैंड जिहाद जैसे मुद्दों पर तीखी प्रतिक्रिया दी। उन्होंने पूर्व मंत्री बलजीत यादव पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि उन्हें अपने कर्मों का फल मिल रहा है। बालकनाथ ने कहा कि जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन रोकने के लिए सख्त कानून लाया जाएगा, वहीं खेजड़ी महापड़ाव आंदोलन पर संत समाज को राजनीति से दूर रहने की सलाह भी दी।
