In this Functional Sexy session, I train my client Anthony Rao — a busy husband, volunteer, full-time worker, and photographer — through a 30-minute workout that blends function and aesthetics.
We kicked things off with core work to fire up the abs, then transitioned into functional movements like goblet squats and farmer carries to build real-world strength and stability. Finally, we finished strong with an arm burner—biceps and triceps—to bring that pump and polish to the session.
