Flaxseeds are getting very popular for their weight loss benefits. Other than the weight loss benefits, flax seeds are great for your overall health. They are high in soluble and insoluble fiber which is great for the overall functioning of your body.
So here we present you healthy laddu made with flaxseeds nd nuts :-
Ingredients:
Flaxseeds - 3/4cup
Seamee seeds– 1cup
Ghee-4-5spoon
Jaggary power - 1cup
Walnuts - 1/2cup
Almond-1/2cup
Groundnuts -1/2cup
Cardamom power – 1tsp
If you are allergic to nuts you can add ½ cup mixed seeds (pumpkin + watermelon + sunflower, etc) instead of nuts
Note :You can grind very finely the seeds and nuts.
