It’s that time again! I cannot even count how many of you sent links to this thing and asked us to review it. I love that people are recognizing the importance of squatting and that many more women are opening up to the idea, no matter their level of fitness, but they kind of missed the mark in terms of effectiveness with this one. ⁣

Having some assistance with squatting so that you can focus on the correct technique and form is great. There are far less expensive ways of doing that, though. A $10 yoga ball to place behind your back for a wall squat is one way. Grabbing a door frame, tree, or pole somewhere is free. We don’t appreciate companies who make products just for financial gain. If it fills a legitimate need, excellent. If it makes life easier, great. If it preys on people’s lack of knowledge about a topic for their financial gain… we are likely to review it and we are always completely honest in our reviews.⁣

My kids would love to play with this thing because it’s kind of like a catapult and a teeter-totter had a baby, and that is fun. We see it being something that ultimately just collects dust in your basement or garage and then ends up on a yard sale. Who has purchased one of these? Come on, fess up in the comments! ⁣
