Her album covers and music videos are influenced by historical and religious artistic imagery. She is known for her love of fashion which aligns with the themes and aesthetics of her music.

Rosalía has won 11 Latin Grammy Awards, two Grammys, four MTV Music Video Awards, and three UK Music Video Awards. She is widely considered one of the most successful and influential Spanish singers of all time.
