I dislike 75% layout, most of them are not for me, but this is one of the few that actually make sense of properly being space efficient, and not exploded or separated (just get a tkl at that point). The older LZ finishes are nice, cool color, bit more texture. The acrylic midpiece is just really good looking here, although some of the LEDs on this PCB freak out sometimes, something I didn't think about until actually recording so it's a bit scuffed lol, have a spare PCB but lazy lol. This board does have a high angle, and also high front height, angle is fine but front does get a bit tiring after awhile with how tall it is. ASCII looks awesome on here as it fits the more compact hectic nature of the layout, but also being r0 to r5 just makes it super nice looking from the side, it feels natural with this layout.

Continuing on with the 75% hate lol, I feel like most 75s I've tried have never felt or sounded as good as something like a 60 or tkl, there's reasons I can think of for why that is, but for the sake of brevity I'll just say this is by far the best feeling 75 I've tried, and I have 0 desire to own any others lol. It's very stiff as you would expect, moreso than something like the CLS with sts, but it's so solid feeling and somehow not super harsh on the bottom out that it's still enjoyable to type on. One reason for that is actually the diffuser which helps to soften the overall feel of the board and mute the sound a bit (along with removing resonance), I actually prefer that here from a feel and typing perspective (feels a bit harsh and sorta messy without). Vints are a must here because otherwise things feel too thin and the more muted character of them blends well with the board. Yeah I don't really have more to say than this, and I haven't really tried any other builds aside from blacks on sts lol. It's an older feeling good top mount board, the thing that makes it unique is that it's an actually good for being a 75%, and it's cool, that's all lol.

It's vints on sts, was very nice batch, and while I've come to not really like TX springs anymore, it works well in this build, uhhhhhhhhh yeah I got nothing else lol, posted in the meantime while I wait for a plate for the GH

C716 head level, from seating position, on axis centered alphas, cardioid pattern, decoupled. U87i head level, directly above board, on axis, cardioid, decoupled.
Max -.1db peak (excluding camera), no further processing.
C716 is accurate and honest to typing in person to my ear, extremely sensitive though. U87i is also honest but slight sweetness and grandness with slight grit, reskin and mods add some clarity and slight treble boost at cost of smoothness, direct overhead for different perspective and how most people record their boards (not as realistic). Crappy cam mic cause why not.
