Omag carousel packaging machine for collecting the bags from a magazine and fill it with the product.
Designed to handle biodegradable materials, CG can highly perform with a wide variety of products such as powders, granules, seeds and small nugget size items.
This machine main features are:
CG can be provided with two filling stations, enabling to fill two different products or to fill the wished amount in two phases
Unusually wide bag size range. Quick and easy size changeover;
Availability of heated jaws to handle and seal laminate bags, including special system to remove air from sachets;
Suitable for connection with roll-stock f/f/s machines to produce "sachets in bags".
It is also available for powdery, granular and pasty products. Machine can be equipped with optionals like coding system for variable datas, smart cameras for variable datas control, tear notch for easy opening, etc.
