This year marks 40th anniversary of Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe and to honour his legacy events have been lined up to celebrate the life of this national icon. He was one of South Africa's foremost leaders whose critical voice and immense intellectual contributions in the liberation struggle remain muted. The play 'Sobukwe my husband' makes a return after been shown in Grahamstown for the very first time in 2012. This is in honour for the icon and to celebrate this struggle hero.
