A day skiing on Whistler Blackcomb at its finest minus the crazy long lift lines to Timi's and the lack of base. Saturday, was an all time day on Whistler. The Creekside line was bananas and stretched out passed the underpass apparently after i had been there at 8. They were able to crack the alpine at around 11:30 and I was able to get a few banger laps in with my partner in crime Kelsey Serwa Rey and Britt Phelan. The snow was light, deep and got skied out quick but the sunshine and good company made up for it! I skied one of the best laps Ive had in a long time on Harmony and for bonus points the ski out to creekside was a go!
The conditions are looking better after that storm and by the looks of the forecast this is just the beginning. Im off to Japow now but ill be back late Jan to harvest more days like these!
