Описание: The Gritstone Trail is a 35-mile route that runs for Disley to Kidsgrove along the western edge of the Peak District National Park. It's a great trail for anyone looking to bust out a long day or experience their first over-night walking experience. That being said, things don't always go to plan, especially when walking with long-term mental ill health.
