The doTERRA Gold rank is the second leadership rank and is built upon the Premier rank and sets up the Blue Diamond rank when you help others achieve the ranks that you once did.


How To Achieve The doTERRA Gold Rank
1.) A Silver becomes a Gold when they purchase at least 100 PV and have 3 legs of 5000+ OV each. PV stands for point value and OV stands organization value.

2.) You can also achieve the Premier rank if you have enrollership of someone on a qualifying leg regardless of what level they are in your organization. You'll want to give your enrollership over to someone on your front line if giving them that rank will help them rank advance and it makes sense for your rank too.

3.) Focus on teaching and sharing. doTERRA is a product education based company so it's all about understanding what people's health priorities are and finding a natural solution that will best help them when they are ready.


Top 4 Key Principles To Keep In Mind
1.) Some Will: Some will hear what you have to say at a 1 on 1 or group class and will want to take their health to the next level with you which is awesome!

2.) Some Won't: Some people won't ever understand or appreciate what you have to offer no matter how many times they hear your message, it's okay though!

3.) So What: This is more of an encouragement to not give up and focus on helping people that want to be helped and to be patient. For some people it takes a few times to see what you have to offer to become a wholesale customer or wellness advocate and for others it could take years of building a relationship.

4.) Someone's Waiting: This is the best case scenario and is where all the hope lies. Someone is out there and not only has a need but is searching for something better with regards to their health and wellness. This is the person that you should focus on educating and serving to the best of your ability.

The Gold rank is symbolic because the income you earn puts you at the U.S. average household income and is a reward for helping people improve their quality of life and become more independent with their health.
