Welcome to the first edition of MotoGP Inside Pass, hosted by Vanessa Guerra. We’re at the Losail International Circuit in Qatar for the first round of the 2019 MotoGP Championship.
Join Vanessa in the paddock and chat to riders including Marc Marquez, Jack Miller and Fabio Quartararo.
We play a game of ‘Never have I ever’ with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing racers Johann Zarco and Pol Espargaro: Have you ever googled yourself? Been caught speeding? Played a prank on your teammate? You’ll be entertained by their responses.
Back in paddock, Vanessa chats with Danny Aldridge, the MotoGP Technical Director, and quizzes him about the new season bike regulation changes. Did somebody say aero?
Got tyres? Piero Taramasso, the Michelin Motorsport Two-Wheel Manager, discusses the tyre developments and logistics for MotoGP tyres - can you guess how many tyres are taken along to each round of the Championship? How does it change for a night race? What if it rains?
Finally we play a game of skill to test some of the riders’ reaction times for the starting light... who was fastest out of out of Pol Espargaro, Miguel Oliveira, Jack Miller, Takaaki Nakagami and
our host, Vanessa Guerra?
