Описание: I attempted to get to a cash point, only for the heavens to open and fill the street with a transparent non-alcoholic liquid. The drains couldn't cope and the water level rose quickly and the businesses had to deploy emergency measures to stop the water getting in, although I gather that their basements were ruined. Police and the fire brigade turned up pretty quickly, though.
