Revisiting Godrej: Will My Views Change?

Описание: Godrej Properties has been one of the developers I have criticised frequently over the last few years. Recently, the company invited me to visit some of its projects and take a fresh look at what has changed on the ground.

During this visit, I toured three developments:

Godrej Vriksh — Sector 103
Godrej Meridien — Sector 106
Godrej Air — Sector 85

What stood out was the construction quality visible at the delivered projects. The finishing, upkeep and overall execution appeared significantly better than what many buyers may associate with some of Godrej’s older concerns.

I also saw efforts being made to resolve legacy problems. At the same time, some important questions still remain, and this video is not meant to be an endorsement or a complete reversal of my earlier views.

In newer developments, Godrej also appears to be taking steps to address concerns around water quality, chloride levels and the wetland-related challenges associated with parts of Dwarka Expressway.

So, after visiting these projects after several years, has my view of Godrej changed?
