Mikial is the founder of Onu Ventures, a Dallas-based real estate development firm focused on building mixed-use, community-centered projects in historically underserved areas. Since its founding in 2021, the firm has acquired over 75 acres across Texas — primarily in Southern Dallas County — and is currently leading developments such as:

University Hills
Sunny Meadow

Collectively, these projects represent a stabilized value exceeding $250 million.

Earlier in his development career, Mikial contributed to the Edison Lofts in Missouri City, Texas — a 126-unit LIHTC project featuring a performing arts center, retail space, early childhood education center, and affordable clinic.
Mikial was recently named one of D CEO’s 2023 Emerging Commercial Real Estate Leaders and was recognized in the 2024 Dallas 500 as one of the region’s most influential business figures.
