Dragon Quest X - Version 3 Prologue (English Subtitles) (old)

Описание: I started playing Dragon Quest X after being away for a long time, so I decided to start recording my progress through the main story. Unfortunately, I already finished Versions 1 and 2, so you'll have to look elsewhere to find out what happened in those.

I am aware that there are translation tools out there for the game, but I disagree with the choices of translations of some of the names of characters and locations, plus this is still good practice for me.

After slaying the Demon Lord Madesagora alongside the Hero-Princess Anlucia as her ally, it seems that peace has finally come to Astortia. King Arios of Granzedora is holding a celebration aboard the Grand Titus, inviting rulers and nobility from around the world. As Anlucia's closest friend, you are also invited to this "Festival of the Six Tribes", but the festivities are interrupted by someone you would have never expected: your long-lost sibling, whom you haven't seen since the destruction of your hometown, Eterne Village. They abduct both Princess Anlucia and Prince Raguas of Megistris before disappearing. Fearing that the young royalty of Astortia is being targeted by some unknown foe, you are first asked to assist Queen Diorre of Vellinard in protecting her son, Prince Ordis, who may become the next target.
