Описание: In 2003, Gareth Gates, the talented English singer-songwriter and actor, captivated the audience with his performance at the TMF Awards. Known for his incredible journey as the runner-up on the first series of the ITV talent show Pop Idol in 2002, Gates had already become a prominent figure in the music industry. Despite facing the challenge of a stutter, which he openly discussed, Gates used the McGuire Programme to overcome his speech impediment and became a speech coach with the program.

Expanding his career beyond music, Gates ventured into musical theatre in 2009. He took on the iconic role of Joseph in the West End production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat at the Adelphi Theatre. Following this success, he embarked on an 18-month stint as Marius in the touring production of Les Misérables, which eventually led him to the West End production.

Not limiting himself to these roles, Gates continued to showcase his versatility by portraying Eddie in the musical Loserville, Warner in Legally Blonde in 2012, and Dean in Boogie Nights the Musical in Concert in 2013. Additionally, he became a member of the pop group 5th Story, which was created for the television show The Big Reunion.
