I had been trying what felt like multiple setups until i managed to find a solid balance. Special thanks to hilm for the massive feedback.

Also find funny as slathzarr still has the death shotgun that causes massive dmg or even death at times for seemingly no reason.

Mini end game build guide:

Core: Morgoneth set.

Weapons: Tested with every possible weapon but this combination ended up being the best. BIS.

Rings: Alkamos rings are usually the best option for any cold damage build, and this is no different. If you are still yet to get them, i can recommend living rings or Band of the eternal haunt.

Amulet: I would say green rolls are very important for this build and for that reason kaisan is the overall best option. Whether you get wraithbound on belt or amulet isn't that much important, but it's recommended to get on 1 of the pieces.

Belt: Gargoyle for the vit conversion on soul harvest and harbinger of souls. BIS option.

Medal: Dreadchill's mark to hardcap soul harvest, necrotic edge and some extra rr to night's chill, the best option for a build like this. ilgorr's medal with bonuses to pneumatic burst should be your best option before dreadchill.

Boots: Crafted Stoneplate Greaves that i'm using here with insane rolls are a really good option to manage my stats and res but you can also use amatok's step to the same extent and lose basically nothing. This is just personal preference.

Pants: Reaper's to hardcap soul harvest which is important for our auto attacks. Besides that, some blade spirit bonuses which are alright and oa we need. BIS option.

Relic: Nemesis for the da shred and the pet for another solid devo proccer. Something like serenity or deathchill are solid alternatives and potentially better, i just prefer nemesis.

Devotions: Only rumor and rhowan's crown are your must have devotions for resistance reduction. Feel free to customize to your preference. I personally enjoyed this setup for the balance between dmg and defense, specially with fitting more physical resistance and health.
