I've found that the more I study, the more I realize that feelings of sleepiness, especially after a good night's rest, are simply my brain's way of trying to shield me from difficult tasks. I've come to understand that I'm capable of much more than I initially thought. Once I get through the first few hours, I can study for extended periods.
