Jeff Livingston is a retired maternal-fetal specialist, avid CrossFit athlete and competitor, and was diagnosed with young-onset Parkinson's disease (YOPD) at age 36. During this session, we talked with Jeff, his CrossFit coach TJ, and his CrossFit gym's affiliate owner Sarah. We covered his journey with Parkinson's and CrossFit, the value of the CrossFit community, how he trains to compete and live well, and more.
