FINALLY!
Not only did we get the Sub 50, we got a Sub 49!
This run features improved routes and pathing compared to the last speedrun. And ngl, it was rough at times... like so many runs had the potential to go Sub 50, but I just couldn’t quite finish the job every time.
The longer it went on, the more tense the runs felt, so I’m really relieved to finally get this one checked off the list.
This run was done on Easy difficulty instead of Normal, which is why I made a poll asking if it still counts.
Honestly, I’m pretty much the only speedrunner who still plays on Normal anyway and the only real difference is slightly better RNG on Level 922.
Even if you shaved off 10–20 seconds due to better RNG, it would still comfortably be Sub 50, so I’d say it counts - and that’s also what the poll decided.
