Описание: In this live webinar, Roger Caddell (AiM Sports National Training Manager) and co-host Ray Phillips (Precision Driving Analytics) discuss data analysis using the Race Studio 3 Analysis software with a focus on braking and corner entry. Ray starts with a discussion of brake pressure traces and introduces a brake speed math channel and how that can be valuable data.

Ray then showed both good and poorly executed braking zones that included gearbox downshifts and explained several interesting points on why a driver might be degrading their braking performance during downshifts.

The important concept of transferring the corner weight loads on a race car during braking and corner entry was the remaining focus of the webinar. Ray discussed the topic and then introduced some Race Studio 3 Analysis (RS3A) layouts/views and several math channels to help the user understand the concept and visualize it easier in their own data. The RS3 User Profiles and Math Channels Ray created were exported and are available for download in the description below to help all users setup their RS3A layout/views and math channels to more easily use the process Ray describes.
