Today, I’m going live to make one of my favorite recipes from Crack, Spread, Repeat... the Everything Bagel Raw Crackers. This is a simple, savory, dehydrated cracker that hits all those classic bagel notes, but made entirely from raw, plant-based ingredients. It’s crunchy, flavorful, and designed to be paired with creamy spreads, fresh veggies, or enjoyed straight off the tray.
During the demo, I’ll walk you through the full process step by step...from the base mixture to seasoning, shaping, and dehydrating...so you can see just how easy it is to create satisfying, oil-free, raw crackers at home. These recipes are built to be practical, repeatable, and deeply nourishing.

Pea Guac
Ingredients
1½ cups shelled sprouted peas (or thawed frozen peas)
¼ avocado
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ small red onion, finely chopped
1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
Juice of ½ lime
¼ tsp kala namak (black salt)
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 small tomato, diced
¼ tsp garlic powder
Directions
In a food processor, pulse the peas and avocado until mostly smooth but still slightly chunky.
Transfer to a bowl.
Fold in the cilantro, onion, jalapeño, tomato, lime juice, kala namak, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Adjust lime, salt, or heat to taste.
Serve immediately or chill for up to 1–2 days.
Sesame Crunch Crisps
Ingredients
½ cup freshly ground flax
¼ cup black sesame seeds
¾ cup white sesame seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp onion flakes
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried miso (optional)
⅛ tsp cayenne
¾ cup water
Directions
In a bowl, mix the flax, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, miso, and cayenne.
Stir in the coconut aminos, maple syrup, and water. Mix until fully combined and slightly thickened.
Let sit 10–15 minutes to allow the flax to gel.
Spread thin and even on a non-stick dehydrator sheet.
Score into cracker shapes.
Dehydrate at 115°F (46°C) for 6–8 hours.
Flip, remove the liner, and dehydrate another 4–6 hours until crisp.
