The final stage of Mammoet's contribution to the Sao Vang and Dai Nguyet gas and condensate project was made more challenging due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Despite this, the team was still able to obtain special visa approvals and brought in equipment from various parts of the world. New measures were also implemented so that operations could be performed safely.
Mammoet executed a strand jack load-out operation and was able to re-use some of the customized equipment from earlier project phases. These steps ensured a feasible and cost-effective solution for the client. Mammoet concluded the project both safely and successfully for the client!
