February construction progress at Polaris Forge 1 continues with strong momentum.
More than 1,200 skilled craft professionals are advancing two 150 MW facilities in parallel at the campus.
Polaris Forge 1-2 (150 MW Critical IT Load):
• JWF Heat Rejection Modules from BASX are installed on the roof
• Main electrical equipment from ABB has been received, with terminations underway
• Tenant fit-out has begun in the data halls in preparation for turnover
Polaris Forge 1-3 (150 MW Critical IT Load):
• Precast structure is 25% complete
• Foundations are 85% complete
