A classic French country bread. Made with wheat and rye. A rustique and flavourfull sourdough bread that will laeve you wanting for more. Few things makes a house or a flat smell more of home then the smell of homemade bread baking in the oven. This one, is one of my go-toes. As any sourdough bread it keeps well, and I think it keeps developing flavour for days after it is baked.
