Here is my update on those returning from a green listed country or those from an amber listed country who have received both vaccines in either the UK, Europe, or US. Also, given you my experience of going through it at the end.

Please note that this video is for anyone returning from a green list country or those who are returning from an amber listed country fully vaccinated that was received in either the UK, Europe or US. There is talk of extending this to more countries but there is no timeframe for this as of yet.
Also, rules vary if you are returning to Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland. (see the links below).
From Sunday, if returning from France, those fully vaccinated in the UK, Europe or US no longer have to quarantine.

Remember the 3 things:
test negative 3 days before returning to the UK
fill out the passenger locator form within 48 hours of return to the UK
Buy and take the day 2 test on or before day 2 when in the UK
