For this round, I chose to walk around the site to test out the level of convenience and I noticed the modern infrastructure improvement around this area I call 'New Penang'. Roads are wider built along with pedestrian walkways covered in matured landscape, totally in contrast to the tourism oriented Georgetown and Northern Penang. On top of that, this area is just filled with a lot of retail shop and it's within walking distance from Muze.

Everything in Muze feels generous. The scale, finishes, materials, even the appliances and equipment within the facilities deck are all done up really well. Besides the facilities deck, there's another level of facilities on the top floor for each tower. It directly means that everyone will definitely have privacy within the project.

The only uncertainty for me would be the expansion plan promised by the government. Part of the magic for this township would be the road expansion to resolve the traffic congestion, the LRT station integrated with the mall, also the airport upgrading works. Hopefully they will all take place soon, but for existing residents, they will need to go through the temporary noise and inconvenience during construction.
