Here I'm going over a budget Commander deck that I've brewed around Braids, Arisen Nightmare, a sort of "fixed" version of Braids, Cabal Minion as a Stax Commander, as our opponents don't have to sac permanents when we do (and likely they won't most of the time), even if it really would behoove them to.
