An updated tutorial sharing some of my accumulated thoughts on how to do Keo Spins. Building up from basic 180 pivot to more complex moves that all share the same initial physics. I made a tutorial for this trick in 2008 and this is an attempt to follow up and add more thoughts than the first time and also show many variations. I hope this video is useful and helpful for folks who are attempting to learn or improve their Keo Spin!
Just roll back, stop a pedal from coming around to make the front end pop up then guide the resulting momentum with your throw. Start small and build up with increasing scale forces and amplitude. You got this!
