Delray Beach to enforce noise rules amid nightclub concerns

Описание: Delray Beach city leaders will start enforcing the city’s noise ordinance as soon as next month.

Code enforcement officers will begin using sound meters to measure noise levels and ensure businesses and neighborhoods are not exceeding the limits set by the city.

The city plans to purchase four to five sound meters at about $7,000 each. The cost will be funded by taxpayers through the general fund.
