KFC Style Fried Chicken Broast

Ingredients for Liquid Batter:
Milk 2 cups
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dried rosemary 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Egg 1

Ingredients for Dry Batter:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Chicken piece (with skin) boneless as required
Liquid batter as required
Dry batter as required
Oil (for deep frying) as required

Directions for Liquid Batter Preparation:
1. In a bowl add milk, vinegar and mix well. leave it for 5 mins until it looks like curd.
2. Now add red chili powder, salt, rosemary, ginger garlic paste, egg and mix well. your liquid batter is ready.
Directions for Dry Batter Preparation:
3. In a bowl add flour, red chili powder, salt, garlic powder, cumin powder, baking powder, black pepper powder and mix well. your dry batter is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
4. Take boneless chicken piece and dip it in liquid batter. Now coat it well in dry batter. Shake off excess flour. Dip it again in liquid batter and then coat in dry batter. Shake off excess flour.
