I'm currently on a mission to walk 105 miles and reclaim my health in Chesapeake, VA. But something unexpected happened this week. As the weight started coming off, the "mental weight" started dropping too.
I finally tackled two home repairs I'd been putting off for way too long. The crazy part? Once I actually started, they were simple. We tell ourselves these tasks are "burdens," but the real burden is the procrastination.
