" Follow 4 Now " is a single by MC Sway (Sway Calloway) and DJ King Tech , released on June 14th 1991 , from their album " Concrete Jungle " . The album , lead to an opportunity as radio personalities on KMEL in Los Angeles . In 1993 , they began the Wake Up Show (now professional produced by Shade 45 on XM Radio) . They briefly had a televised version of the show that aired from 2004-2005 . In 2000 , Sway was approached by MTV Networks , to be their correspondant for music related content , and specials . In 2005 , his contract was not renewed.
