Описание: If you connect your voltmeter to an inverter package – or any other TTL circuit actually – you may expect the display to show you some clear value.

For instance if the expected logic state is “0”, you may expect to see 0.0V on the DMM display.
If the expected logic state is “1” or High, you are looking for 5.0V on the DMM display.

In reality, as the power supply voltage for TTL circuits is +5V, the meter can show you any possible value between 0.0V to 5.0V, like 0.73 or 1.64 or 2.98 and so on.

How do you put order then in the readings?
This is exactly the purpose of the video, to make the readings understandable.

For the rough understanding of the TTL Voltage Levels, we should be good enough for now.
