Once upon a time, a boy stumbled upon a story about a man who was sent by God, went around the world preaching the message of repentance and offering himself as a sacrifice for all the sins of the world, so that whoever believes in Him would not perish but have eternal life. After His resurrection, this man entreated His people to also go out into the world to preach the message too. At once the boy believed in the man and what He preached and he set out into the world to follow in the footsteps of the man who sacrificed himself for him too. He carried his cross into the world with the hope that whosoever shall see him and listen to him, will also believe in the story he had just heard and be saved.

This man we are talking about is Jesus and He came to preach the good news, to heal the sick, to mend broken hearts, to set captives free, to redeem others and sacrificed himself on the cross to save everyone. He is the son of the Most High God and He was sent by God to fulfill the purposes of God by making you God’s children and allowing you to walk in the fullness of God. God did not send His Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its savior. His word, according to John 3:16, says, “For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may not die but have eternal life.“

This is the promise of the Father to all those who believe in Jesus and follow the footsteps of Jesus and God keeps His promises. So today, He calls. He is calling you, not to judge you, but to save you. He is calling you to make you new, new in the spirit and of new grace. He is calling you to be His child, A Child of God.

Accept His call and your life will never be the same. Accept His call and your life will move from grace to grace. Accept His call and you shall be clothed with favor. Accept His call and you shall be saved.
