Spinach Roll crepe is a famous Malaysian dessert of my version.Instead of pandan leaves, I replaced with spinach leaves which are easily available.Do try the recipe.
Ingredients:
For batter:
All purpose flour 2cups
Spinach 2cups(heaped cup)(grind into puree by adding little water)
Egg 1
Baking soda1/4tsp
Salt as per taste
For filling:
Jaggery 1cup(as per your taste)
Grated coconut 2cups
Cardamom1/4 tsp
