Maya 2015 view cube is GONE, wont come back! how to enable maya viewcube 2015

Try switching to the legacy renderer, or the legacy high quality renderer (this is the menu item on the top of your viewport, not in the "Render Settings" window).

I guess for now it's a choice you have to make. For me, I don't bother with the View Cube - it has always been unreliable, and causes more potential for errors than it's worth. Maybe it has been fixed and works great in this version, but my workflow and hotkeys work fine for me and I find no reason to switch. #YouCanLearnSomethingNew
