While crisis management begins with planning, decision-making begins with knowing.
The world is facing increasingly complex, multiple and overlapping crises. Managing them requires timely and tailored decision-making in often volatile and diverse environments. Because 21st century crises require 21st century responses, the GCSP is offering cutting-edge education for professionals to leverage their technical skills and innovative thinking in designing a crisis management plan.
This workshop will enable participants to tangibly help them as individuals – as well as their organisations – to foresee, manage and overcome a diverse range of crises.
