Learn to take cream and turn it into butter. In this video I am using raw milk, however the process is the same even if you use store bought cream. There is a blog post that goes with this video that goes into detail on the process and also how to make cultured cream for making butter.
You can use a mixer like I did for making cream or you can use a blender, butter churn or just a lot of shaking and time with cream in a jar!
