Simulating room acoustics with Python

Simulating your rooms acoustics is useful if you are planning when you are making big changes that you need to plan in advance. For example I am constructing a recording studio in my basement and will be soffit mounting speakers in the walls. This is going to be something that is going to be semi-permanent so I need to be confident it is going to sound good before putting in all the effort to construct the room. Luckily pyroomacoustics comes in to save the day with free software for simulating the Impulse Response, RT60, and Frequency Response of my room. I've been able to find some problem areas with the geometry in my room via simulation - and made some adjustments so that I will hopefully have a pristine sounding room when everything is completed.
