• Inspect for the presence of hair, dust or dirt in the condenser,
• Thoroughly clean the LG freezer if the mentioned items are present,

Check if the controller temperature settings are correct. Here are the steps;
• Access your LG freezer temperature controls,
• Check if the settings are correct. Incorrect settings cause the freezer not to heat. For example, setting the LG freezer temperature to high causes the freezer not to freeze.
• Next, if the settings are incorrectly set, adjust them correctly. An incorrect temperature setting can be caused by kids interfering with temperature controls.

Check the freezer fan; here are the steps;
